This is my third panorama from the Marzola but, curiously enough, it is the first one shot in daylight.
Actually, N.21211 was taken with moonlight, and the same holds for another one, which at the time I sent into exile to Panorama Photo, where it is still alive as N.11604.
Incidentally, into a similar exile (PPH 20482) I sent an excerpt of my last sunrise panorama from the Agner, since the interest of the Betrachter in the subject seemed already to decline. It is not possible, unfortunately, to climb every day a new mountain - at least not for me.
Returning to the Marzola, the difference with the previous two works, besides the issue of sun vs moon, is that here we are at the south summit, also called Croce di Villazzano, whereas the main summit is the northern one, namely, Croce di Povo. Villazzano and Povo are the two villages lying respectively below the two culminations, on the side of Trento.
You see also the pair who where quietly lingering on the summit column, and whom I dislodged in order to shoot the 360°...
