Il Piz Barscheinz è una montagna decisamente poco appariscente e che si lascia salire facilmente. Essa si eleva sulla dorsale SSW del ben più prestante Piz Neir. Tuttavia la vista che può offrire è interessante, in particolar modo sui monti dell’ Oberhalbstein.

The Piz Barscheinz is a mountain of inconspicuous appearance and easily of ascend. It stands on the ridge SSW of the more handsome Piz Neir. However, the view can offer is interesting, especially on the Oberhalbstein mountains.
