Spotless white, great ! Close to this location is a pano #4405 (there are actually more) which you located in the Tessiner/Misoxer mountains. Out of interest, what geographic characteristic makes the split. Greetings HJ

Thanks H-J. Put this valley in the Walliser was a mistake. Anyway, I think the Alps subdisvision of A-P is a little confusing; accordin to SUOIUSA, in fact, this place should be in (in German) "Lepontinische Alpen". The corresponding section is difficult since I dont' have the atlas: I think it should be either "Monte Leone/Blinnenhorn Kette" or "Tessiner Alpen und Verbano". Another problem that often comes up to me is where I have to put the Triangolo Lariano mountains! They'are definitely not Bergamasker and they are definitely not Tessiner: they are "Westliche Lombardische Voralpen" or "Luganer Alpen" but I don't have this choice.
