Easy and worth to reach Monte Moro Pass or Passo di Monte Moro, dividing Macugnaga and Saas Almagell is a great point of view on Monte Rosa and Mischabel, the highest Walliser.
Once there, the temptation of skiing down to Saas Almagell was really high, but with public transports about 5/6 hours are needed to come back to Macugnaga.
