Nach Hans-Jörgs gestern gezeigtem wunderbarem Blick von diesem Gipfel habe ich auch noch mal in mein Archiv geschaut, warum ich damals die Gipfelaussicht nicht hier gezeigt hatte. Ich erinnere mich nun, daß der Gipfel eng, felsig und voll war, und meine Standortwechsel beim Aufnehmen der Bilder inkompatible Vordergründe produziert hatten. Das, was ich damals von der kompletten Rundsicht gerettet hatte, fügt dem bereits gezeigten Tele (#29400) und Hans-Jörgs Gipfelsicht nichts hinzu. Daher hier in Ergänzung ein kürzeres Format: Wenn man nicht staunend die Weite des Zermatter Kessels und die umliegenden Giganten von Monte Rosa bis Matterhorn bewundert, ist es nicht weniger lohnend, die viel nähere Prominenz zu betrachten.

After Hans-Jörg's wonderful view from this summit shown yesterday, I also looked into my archive why I had not shown the summit view here at that time. I remember now that the summit was narrow, rocky and full, and my change of location had produced incompatible foregrounds when taking the pictures. What I had salvaged from the complete panorama at that time adds nothing to the already shown tele (#29400) and Hans-Jörg's summit view. Therefore, here, in addition, a shorter format: if one does not admire in astonishment the width of the Zermatt basin and the surrounding giants from Monte Rosa to Matterhorn, it is no less rewarding to look at the much closer celebrities.
