What's worse than taking a ride in the mountains without a camera? To take a ride in the mountains with the camera without sd card! ... I realized that I forgot the sd card at home only when taking the first picture; so I had to fall back on the iPhone. But out of pride I avoided the preset "panorama" function and preferred to take single shots which I then stitched with Hugin. The result does not seem bad to me, however... Monte Peralba is a magnificent mountain which offers an endless panorama, especially on September days like this when you can literally see from the High Tauern to the Julian Alps to the Adriatic sea.
Labelling will follow.

Great material and great stitch from the phone camera - for me a bit too much sharpness in final processing. Cheers, Martin

Hi Martin
No post-processing at all: the sharpening directly comes from original photos.
Ciao, Alvise
