a wonderful viewpoint south of Cortina and its beloved mountains... Becco di Mezzodi appears very dark, at least on my screen....

I don't know if I understood correctly what you mean. 
If you refer to the other pano, I must say that it is taken with another camera, so the colour output is a little bit different between the two photos.

That's what I meant, Alvise. The colour impression of the larches is completely different from your other panos. Regards Peter
